Why have I set up this website?

I wanted to put all the local information for Leeds about mental health and employment in one place so that you are in control, rather than being dependent on workers who may or may not be able to tell you about all of your options. I also thought it would be useful as a tool for workers who are supporting people with mental health difficulties.

Because the information is on a website it means that you can find out what you need when and where you want to, whether in a library, at home or wherever you or a friend, family member or worker have computer access.

The information is mainly local information, because this is what I believe is most practically useful.

nb, I am no longer working as an employment worker but the website is remaining for the time being.
